including pizzas made with Petra flours kneaded with natural yeast,
snacks, classic and quick meals to pair with aromatic local beers.

Whether it is a special occasion, a dinner party or a pizza challenge with your friends,
our pizzas are always the best solution also for an evening at home: try our take-away service!

  • Our pizzas

    Kneading the dough is an art to us: we aim to offer our guests light and tasty pizzas also gluten-free, with local specialities and natural toppings. In addition to more than 50 pizzas, in our menu you will find every month a new creative pizza with seasonal products.

  • Natural yeast

    Time is our secret ingredient: each of our sweet and savoury leavened products is made exclusively with natural yeast, which through a very slow rising process permits to offer our guests unique flavours, tasty and fragrant pizzas and delicious desserts.

  • Ingredients

    An authentic taste comes from the care of the ingredients, from the dough to the toppings: we use only Petra flours from different cereals and natural yeast, and for every recipe we select with attention local products and specialities, such as organic fruit and vegetables from our garden.

  • Location

    A pizza with your friends or family is the best way to celebrate something special! Our location can house up to 70 people for events and parties: discover our wide dining room, the warm atmosphere of our Stube heated up by the typical stoven in winter, and our veranda which is perfect for summer evenings.

  • Homemade pastries

    Authentic tastes, like old times: from bread to croissants, from the marmalades made with organic fruit to the pastries, everyday fresh made also according to seasons and feast days, like biscuits, the typical italian colomba and panettone, everything here is homemade.

  • Custom made Patisserie

    Would you like to give yourself one of our treats together with your family and friends during feast days? Contact us to book a colomba or a panettone, we will be happy to prepare them for you according to your taste and satisfy your requests!
